What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be moved to the Free plan automatically. All your data (PGs, rooms, tenants, rent records) is preserved. You can upgrade anytime to restore full access.
Can I add more than 10 tenants on Free?
No. The Free plan supports up to 10 active tenants. When you reach the limit, you'll need to either checkout existing tenants or upgrade to Growth.
Is the tenant count for active tenants only?
Yes. Checked-out tenants don't count toward your limit. Only currently active tenants count.
What does 'Unlimited PGs' mean?
On Growth, Pro, and Scale, you can add as many PGs as you manage — no restrictions. Only the Free plan limits you to 1 PG.
How does billing work?
Monthly subscription via Razorpay. Your card is charged automatically each month. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
